Fluid Technician

Responsibilities:

Removing/replacing all fluids, lubricants, and components as required in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform production machine cleans.

Create and edit TPM documents on computer.

Complete all routine work orders and preventative maintenance

Complete appropriate paperwork

Other duties as assigned

Capable of properly lifting up to 35lbs

Forklift experience a plus

Basic automotive experience desirable

Must be able to multitask, communicate well with others

Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Organization, Scheduling, Analyzing Information, dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Process Improvement, Safety Management, Inventory Control, Lifting, Data Entry Skills

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds and may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:

Must have valid Driver's License

Must have Microsoft Office software knowledge and experience

Must have forklift experience or ability to learn and be trained on forklift.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 6AM to 2:30PM

Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. For safety reasons, it is imperative that the employee be able to read and speak fluent English.
