How you'll make an impact in this role

Lead the hospital-wide nursing team during your shift, providing the mentorship and direction necessary to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality care.

Optimize daily staffing assignments by matching nurse expertise with patient complexity to ensure balanced workloads and superior clinical outcomes.

Evaluate the flow of patient care in real-time, identifying and removing barriers to ensure the best possible results for those in our care.

Resolve complex care concerns or family grievances with empathy and professionalism, acting as the primary advocate for a positive patient experience.

Develop the next generation of nursing talent by providing on-the-spot education and performance feedback that fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required
