Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Description
The Marketing Manager will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams to drive international and domestic sales through the effective planning and execution of annual marketing activities. This role combines strategic marketing, hands-on campaign delivery, and close collaboration with customers and vendors to support growth, new product launches, and ongoing customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to plan and execute annual marketing initiatives that support international and domestic sales growth.
Increase the customer base by identifying and qualifying new potential customers while developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate all aspects of trade show participation, including planning, logistics, and the development and maintenance of booth displays.
Prepare detailed customer product quotations for new product awards and engineering changes, and present these to customers while providing clarification and support as required.
Develop and maintain sales support materials, including literature, catalogues, videos, newsletters, and branded wearables to support the sales team and enhance brand awareness.
Manage ongoing email marketing activities, including campaign planning, content coordination, and performance monitoring.
Execute new product launch strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and timely delivery across all relevant channels.
Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers as needed to support marketing activities and campaigns.
Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and online campaigns, to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in marketing management or a similar marketing role with responsibility for driving sales growth.
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with online marketing campaigns and social media.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and trade show participation from concept through to delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present customer quotations and marketing materials clearly and professionally.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, senior leadership, customers, and external vendors.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Basic technical competence to understand product information and engineering changes sufficiently to prepare accurate quotations and marketing content.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Customer relations experience, particularly in a sales or marketing @context, is a plus.
Experience creating sales support materials such as literature, catalogues, videos, newsletters, and branded items.
Experience managing email marketing programmes and tools.
Experience coordinating trade shows or similar events.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of marketing decisions, and contribute to overall commercial strategy.

Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based, with regular collaboration across internal teams and occasional visits to production or manufacturing areas. The general noise level is usually moderate in the office, but it can be higher within production facilities. When working in the production facility, personal protective equipment is required, including safety glasses and protective footwear with steel toes, and hearing protection in designated areas. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $26.44/hr.
