Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the store with attention to detail and

efficiency

Manage resources including staff recruitment, training, and

appraisal

Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints with care

Maintain financial records, budgets, and sales targets to maximize

profitability

Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management for store

improvements

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Qualifications & Skills

Strong commercial awareness and organizational skills

Prior management experience

Strong customer service experience

Excellent verbal communication and teamworking abilities

Proficient in problem-solving and showing initiative

Ability to set a good example and motivate staff

Computer literacy and numerical skills

Food safety knowledge

Enthusiastic and executive leadership qualities
