As a Security Officer Day Shift Patrol in Wilson, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, responsive customer service, and teamwork, while bringing reliability, integrity, and innovation to every shift.

Pay Rate: $16.72 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

Monitor access points, observe coming and going activity, and report unauthorized persons, damaged equipment, and/or property-related issues in accordance with post instructions.

Support daily operations by completing routine reports, following assigned post orders, and helping to deter disruptions, trespassing, and/or policy violations on site.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Possess customer service experience preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
