Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or restricted areas in accordance with site policies, and assist with directions, escorts, and general assistance when appropriate.

Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation related to patrol observations, policy concerns, and/or response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

Applicants must meet hospital vaccination requirements.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor and/or manager experience, or 5 years of security-related experience.

The client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Applicants must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.

Applicants must have at least 2 years of service in a healthcare and/or medical-related field.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
