What this job involves -

The

Facilities

Coordinator will provide support to the Site and/or Facility team with operational activities in maintenance and operations, accounting and finance, vendor oversight, equipment and supplies, occupancy services,

utilization

of the CMMS platform, and other general duties as requested. The person in this role will also proactively develop and

maintain

client

relationships

ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.

What is your day to day?

Actively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal success,in accordance withall agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.

Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team's goals andobjectives

Provide facility specificassistanceto the project management team as needed or requested

Schedule and manage repairs and maintenance, minorworksand other work requests,tracking tocompletion.

Build supplier relationships andassistvendors with site visits, onboarding, and other needs as necessary

Provide information and direction to vendors, facilities staff, and other service providers asrequiredto ensure excellent coordination and execution of work, with minimal disruption.

Assistwith the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities and the procurement of vendors and service asrequired.

Update andmaintainaccuraterecords and official documentation for the site/s, ensuringappropriate followup with vendors, stakeholders, and clients.

Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility

Act as an interface with client, visitors, and guests

Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure clean and organized spaces.

Respond to all work ordersin a timely manner, ensuring KPI compliance and excellent customer service.

Provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers asrequiredto ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.

Coordinate the delivery of site amenities and support moves asrequired, acting as thesitekey point of contact.

Provide coordination and support events,meetingand conference facilities asrequired.

Identifyopportunities for improved operation and service excellence, making recommendations for conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are alwaysmaintainedand the provision of a safe workplace.

Responsibility for asset data entry and updates into the CMMS platform;update andmaintainaccuraterecords and official documentation for the site/s.

Testing of CMMS functionalities as needed

Assistwith the creation and dissemination of reports asrequired

Deliver an exceptional quality of service, as reflected by client feedback.
