Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob Description

We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager who is proficient in Revit and eager to explore new project @types across various sectors primarily in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role offers the opportunity to not only manage projects but also actively participate in the production of work, managing clients and consultants. We welcome candidates with varying levels of Revit experience and are open to those familiar with other 3D modeling software such as Archi-CAD.

Responsibilities

Manage and produce architectural work for various projects.

Coordinate with clients and consulting partners to ensure project success.

Participate in construction administration and project coordination.

Work with permitting processes and ensure compliance with building codes.

Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software effectively.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Revit and willingness to stay updated with technology.

5 to 15 years of experience in the architecture and design industry.

Licensed architect or on the path to licensure.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Archi-CAD or other 3D modeling software is a plus.

Strong architectural design and construction administration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
