Job Title: Hip Marketing Summer Intern - Undergraduate

Location: 4500 Riverside Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, USA (Synthes US, Johnson & Johnson)

Internship Period: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026

Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $20.30/hr (Overtime and double-time rates applicable)

Role Overview

The Hip Marketing team at Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to support key marketing initiatives across our diverse portfolio. You'll gain exposure to product marketing, strategic planning, and cross-functional teamwork within the medical device industry. Our ideal candidate is curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, supportive work environment.

What You'll Do

Contribute to ongoing marketing projects and strategic initiatives.

Assist with market research, data analysis, and preparation of business materials.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various internal activities.

Participate in team meetings and share insights or creative perspectives.

Project assignments may vary and will be determined at the start of the internship based on business needs.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

Top Non-Negotiable Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and organizational skills

Interest in healthcare, medical devices, or product marketing is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
