We're looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation. As a digital transformation architect on our team, you'll use your expertise in Air Force and DoW requirements integration, dependency mapping, and systems integration to synthesize high-level operational objectives and translate them into functional requirements. Through innovation and disruption, you'll work alongside key stakeholders and otherteam members to apply your systems integration expertise in mapping requirements forward to their implementation and backward to their original source to ensure completeness. In this role, you'll directly impact the Air Force's Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS)'s ability todevelop a secure, integrated system-of-systems for the military by evaluating how a change in one requirement or system component affects predecessors, successors, and overall system functionality. You Have: 10+ years of experience breaking down complex operational requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and identifying logical business dependencies Experience writing clear, concise functional and technical specifications and maintaining version control over system artifacts Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence Ability to translate technical specifications for program-level acquisition and sustainment planning teams and to facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams Ability to develop Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) to ensure program and project requirements are linked to their corresponding deliverables such as design elements, test cases, and status Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or Systems Engineering Nice If You Have: Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, security, or application development at the project manager level Experience producing high-quality technical documentation, issue papers, and briefings for senior government officials Knowledge of the hardware and software lifecycle planning, agile, and waterfall frameworks TS/SCI clearance Master's degree in Business Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field * IREB Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;Secret clearance is required.
