The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Industrial Security Specialist - Alternate Communications Security (COMSEC) Custodian to join the team in San Antonio, TX.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring COMSEC compliance in support of multiple programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Work directly with the Government customer as a COMSEC representative and will be responsible for the management of all procurement, fielding, and sustainment of Crypto/Keying material and devices supporting the program

Assist in the tracking, control, and inventory requirements of all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and company owned equipment

Manage proper accountability, handling, storage, packaging, shipment, and administration of all cryptographic materials, troubleshooting, software upgrades, ensuring maximum COMSEC safeguards are in place, and configuration management using industry specific databases

Order and transfer cryptographic keys, interfacing with the Central Office of Record (COR), communicating with sub-contracting locations, and provide changes and trend information to other security team members and management

Assist in the ongoing development, presentation and accurate record keeping of COMSEC security awareness training for all COMSEC users

Manage COMSEC key, equipment and distribution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Current Communication Security (COMSEC) Training Certificate

5+ years of experience with Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI) equipment and associated keying material

3+ years of experience working in government industry and/or in DoD, NSA or SCI COMSEC account management

1+ years of experience in Industrial Security

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working with COMSEC materials

Experience with COMSEC Accountability Software

Experience troubleshooting COMSEC equipment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
