Responsibilities Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing authoritative guidance and technical leadership to the team on complex financial management, payables, disbursing, and audit reconciliation issues. Plan, assign, and balance the team's daily workload to meet critical deadlines while ensuring all financial deliverables meet strict quality standards. Oversee the team's audit missions by ensuring proficiency in applying internal controls, reviewing work for technical accuracy, and maintaining continuous audit readiness.
