Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for assigned operations and all aspects of Tellica Imaging's business processes, including, but not limited to, the day-to-day management of Tellica Imaging's remote call center, culture, and revenue cycle functions.
Work Schedule
Core business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Additional availability: Availability is required on an on-call basis for matters that may arise during Tellica's operating hours, Monday-Saturday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. (Pacific and Mountain Time).
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for assigned operations and all aspects of Tellica Imaging's business processes, including, but not limited to, the day-to-day management of Tellica Imaging's remote call center, culture, and revenue cycle functions.
The position also requires active collaboration with other leaders at Tellica Imaging to assist in managing finances, maintaining and, if needed, enhancing Tellica policies and procedures, refining information system applications, etc. on a national scale.
This role provides critical and timely logistical support to Tellica's leadership across numerous time zones; it also ensures patients, caregivers, and providers have an excellent experience while receiving the highest quality of care and support from Tellica caregivers.
The role requires engagement with leadership on business operations and expansion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, sustaining positive team culture, improving the caregiver experience, and managing onboarding and training programs.
This position drives improvements in finances, revenue cycle operations, and workflow processes to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
The incumbent reviews, implements, and synchronizes policies and procedures to comply with regulations and supports consistent operations across all markets.
The role manages, mentors, and evaluates operational coordinators and administrative staff, overseeing customer service, and supporting the operational expansion of Tellica nationwide.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
Three years management/supervisory experience.
or -
Demonstrated and proven effective management/supervisory experience at Tellica Imaging or Intermountain Health.
Three years budgeting/finance management experience.
or -
Demonstrated and proven effective budgeting/finance management experience at Tellica Imaging or Intermountain Health.
Proven and effective interpersonal and organizations skills.
Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills in English in a technical or healthcare environment.
Experience in designing workflow and solutions to achieve strategic, clinical, and operational goals while adhering to industry best practice.
Experience consistently delivering an extraordinary customer experience when interacting with peers, end-users, and others.
Self-motivated and directed.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent problem solving, negotiation, and process improvement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated successful management and leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience in a role requiring revenue cycle and operational focus.
Clinical background or experience in radiology.
Master's degree in healthcare or related business field.
Physical Requirements
Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
Ability to move around various facilities to oversee operations, meet with staff, and ensure processes are followed.
Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.
Ability to travel as needed for development and operation of new clinics.
Prolonged periods of sitting or standing during meetings, presentations, and office work.
Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment for report generation and communication.
Clear verbal communication for presentations and meetings, and effective written communication for correspondence and reports.
Occasionally lifting and carrying equipment or supplies, which may require moderate physical strength.
Sustaining energy levels throughout the day to manage multiple tasks, meetings, and responsibilities.
Ability to adapt to different environments and schedules, including potential travel-related physical demands and site operations in other time zones.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
