Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Tawas Bay Beach Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and the resort grounds, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards for guest satisfaction and safety. You will work closely with other hotel staff to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room Cleaning:

Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.

Ensure that all rooms are in pristine condition before guest check-ins.

Report any maintenance issues or damage to management.

Public Area Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other resort facilities.

Clean windows, doors, and furniture to ensure a welcoming and tidy environment.

Laundry Duties:

Wash, fold, and deliver linens and towels to guest rooms and resort areas.

Ensure that laundry supplies are always stocked and request replacements when necessary.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.

Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning products.

Guest Requests & Assistance:

Respond promptly and courteously to any special requests made by guests related to cleanliness or room conditions.

Provide additional services such as providing extra towels or toiletries when needed.
