Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Essential Skills

Comfortable with algebra-level math and strong general math skills, including basic and shop math.

Manufacturing quality inspection experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

Understanding of shop math and close tolerances in a manufacturing environment.

Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas) and Word for documentation and communication.

Ability to use email and other basic computer applications to support daily work.

High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking skills for process and quality improvements.

Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and respectfully with production floor associates.

People skills and the ability to build rapport and communicate expectations with production-level associates.

Comfortable walking and working on the shop floor in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted repeatedly throughout the shift.

Strong time management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

Willingness and ability to learn new tools, systems, and quality practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
