Our client, an aerospace distribution organization committed to excellence and innovation, is seeking a CSR Aerospace to join their team. As a CSR Aerospace, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting order management, documentation control, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CSR Aerospace

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Pay Range: $22.00hr

Shift: 7am or 8am (flex)

What's the Job?

Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently within ERP systems.

Validate part numbers, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements to ensure contract adherence.

Maintain documentation integrity and support audit processes related to order processing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery updates.

Coordinate with internal departments to support on-time delivery and resolve order issues proactively.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent required.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service with order management duties.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
