As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Driver Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity through proper channels.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help support security-related operations and help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and restricted area requirements.

Support incident response by communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel, preserving order, and following post orders for sensitive environments and changing conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
