Market & Revenue Leadership
Lead Aon's Technology industry growth strategy across North America, with accountability for measurable revenue outcomes.
Drive expansion and retention of key client relationships by delivering differentiated insights and solutions tailored to the Technology sector.
Partner with regional and national leaders to support sophisticated sales opportunities, major renewals, and strategic pursuits.
Collaborate across Aon's capabilities to bring combined, cross-disciplinary solutions to Technology clients.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
Serve as a recognized leader in the Technology industry, with a strong external profile among clients, prospects, and industry leaders.
Lead and participate in industry forums, executive roundtables, conferences, and client events.
Develop and share forward-looking perspectives on trends, risks, and opportunities shaping the Technology sector.
Contribute to white papers, executive briefings, and other market-facing content that strengthens Aon's industry reputation.
Stay closely connected to Aon's global Technology community to ensure alignment and leverage global insights for North America clients.

Strong commercial savvy, strategic approach, and executive presence.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $350,000 to $400,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
