As a Security Officer Corporate Bank Rover in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location as an unarmed patrol professional, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible security-related presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-related activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and public-facing areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.

Support opening and closing activities, assist with directing foot traffic during busy periods, and help maintain a professional presence while following Allied Universal post orders and client-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be 21+ years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
