This position contributes to our vision by:

? Audit quote databases for accuracy of passenger counts (PAX), sales values, and budget values

? Review program records to confirm completed shipments and closed quotes

? Audit backlog data to ensure proper entry and billing of customer set-up fees

? Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to the Finance team

? Assist with data cleanup, reconciliation, tracking, and documentation

? Perform other routine finance support tasks as assigned

Candidate skills & requirements

At Safran Seats, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Basic financial knowledge, strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word)

Ability to follow procedures, communicate clearly, and work independently
