What's a typical day as Marketing Manager? You'll be:
Designing, building, and executing multi-platform automated marketing campaigns across email marketing, lead nurturing, and other digital workflows.
Managing and configuring marketing automation platforms (Dynamics, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Braze, Emarsys) to streamline marketing processes.
Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and digital teams to align marketing automation and CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Analyzing campaign performance, maintaining data quality within the automation environment, and drawing actionable insights for optimization.
Supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives that enhance the customer experience, support lead capture, and drive customer engagement.
Continuously improving the marketing automation infrastructure and refining processes based on stakeholder feedback.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Possess more than 5 years of email marketing/automation experience, with 3+ years in digital marketing roles.
Are experienced with marketing automation platforms and CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Braze, or Emarsys.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of CRM and digital marketing tactics, B2B marketing, content writing, and multi-platform campaign management.
Are skilled in data management, campaign analysis, and possess proficiency or working knowledge in XML, HTML, JSON, ODATA, CSS, Power BI, Chrome Developer Tools, and JavaScript.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and influence stakeholders.
Are adept at project management and able to support and drive process improvements within the marketing technology stack.
