Typical start time is flexible between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. The workspace features an open-office concept where everyone works together in a shared area, supported by a large conference room for meetings and collaboration. The environment is casual and friendly, with a close-knit team of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineers plus administrative staff. The culture emphasizes work-life balance and appreciation, offering 2 weeks of accrued PTO (with the possibility of 3 weeks depending on tenure), 7 paid holidays (6 standard plus the day after Thanksgiving), and 5 sick days, along with informal flexibility when team members need time off.
