Our food ingredients manufacturing client in Chaska is growing its production team and looking for dependable Manufacturing Associates who want stable, hands-on work and a place to build a long term career.

1st Shift: Mon-Thurs, 4:30am-2:30pm

Pay rate: $19/hr

You will:

Blend and package products according to specifications

Lift materials weighing 50lbs continuously, moving boxes from pallets to the machine.

Record ingredient and packaging information for full GMP traceability

Keep production rooms clean, organized, and food-safe

Use stand-up forklifts (training provided)

Contribute to a team that succeeds because every person does their part

People who succeed in this role:

Have previous manufacturing experience

Enjoy physical work and can lift 50 lbs consistently

Want a stable job with a steady schedule

Don't mind strong food smells (garlic, fruit, etc.)

Appreciate a team where everyone is easy to work with

Be comfortable with production work, including keeping work areas sanitized and clean

PPE provided: safety shoes if needed, smocks, hair nets, hearing protection, odor masks

Not a high-speed setting; the work is steady and methodical
