As a Security Officer Hospital Patrol Unit in Irving, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location supporting critical vaccine operations. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and/or restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and document visitor, vendor, and/or staff activity in accordance with site expectations.

Support Allied Universal and site leadership by communicating clearly with clients, employees, patients, and/or first responders during routine operations and incident response.

Minimum Requirements:

Hospital-required vaccines are required.

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
