This is a DIRECT HIRE position, working onsite 8-5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Pay is based on experience, ranging $19-21/hr,

What's a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Providing outstanding customer service relations by answering incoming calls in a professional manner

Accurately entering and processing customer orders

Handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous customer service experience in an industrial setting (preferred)

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Are detail-oriented and comfortable with order entry and processing tasks

Can work efficiently in a fast-paced, inbound contact center environment
