Responsibilities\
Assist crew members and supervisors with various tasks related to
specific jobs, including demolition, carrying materials, and
construction activities.\
Help with grading and preparing grounds, parking areas, and driveways
using motor-graders, dozers, backhoes, and front-end loaders.\
Continuously monitor the work site and equipment to detect and protect
against unsafe or hazardous conditions.\
Signal equipment operators to assist with the alignment, movement, and
adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.\
Clean the job site at the end of the day, ensuring trash is properly
disposed of and materials or equipment are properly stored.\
Assist with cutting, laying, and fitting pipe for water, storm lines,
and wastewater systems.\
Keep accurate records of work time spent on each piece of equipment or
vehicle.\
Maintain equipment, tools, and work facilities in a clean and good
condition.\
Operate all vehicles or equipment related to the job.\
Drive to pick up parts from area suppliers.\
Inspect assigned machinery and vehicles prior to use each day, including
spot-checking fluid levels and checking for damages.\
Perform other related duties as assigned.
