Employees benefit from a condensed 4-day work week in most cases, supporting better work-life balance. The company fosters a close-knit, small-company feel with quarterly 2-hour companywide luncheons that encourage connection and engagement. Team members can earn attendance incentives, including quarterly perfect attendance gifts and annual bonuses. Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on anodizing aluminum. The facility operates two primary shifts: a first shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and a second shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Overtime may occur on Fridays, during which employees work their normal shift hours, and this can happen up to two times as needed. There is a slight odor in some areas due to the anodizing process, but not in the primary work area for this role. The environment is not temperature controlled; it generally stays cool in the fall, winter, and spring, while summers can become warm.
