Robert Half is partnering with a close-knit legal team in the Auburn / Lake Tapps area that's looking for an Entry-Level File Clerk. This is a long-term, fully on-site role (Monday-Friday), and the team is moving quickly.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accuracy and organization

File, scan, copy, and index legal documents into the firm's document management system

Retrieve and prepare files for attorneys, paralegals, and meetings as needed

Handle file tracking, archiving, and confidential record retention in compliance with firm policies

Requirements

1+ YOE with legal or administrative work.

The salary range for this position is $24-25/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
