Summary of Job

The

Administrative Assistant who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs. The Administrative Assistant's daily responsibilities would include filing and handling mail, as well as other office-related tasks, like data-entry and typing. This highly organized and customer-service minded position works internally with management and other office staff on a daily and weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain electronic filing cabinet for the accounting department.

Act as a point of contact for staff and visitors.

Answer and direct phone calls.

Work with Office Manager to accomplish daily tasks.

Organize and schedule appointments.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Create files and maintain a filing system.

Inventory and restock general supplies.

Data entry.

Provide general support to clients, managers, applicants and employees.

Other administrative duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

6 months of office administration experience.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and computers.

Proficiency in MS Office 365.

Must be detailed and organized.

Ability to effectively communicate with team members.

Ability to work in ever-changing fast paced environment.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
