Role Overview

Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Andrews Air Force Base. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

frontline staff;

deli / bakery operations;

department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;

frontline training programs;

opening and closing the operation; and

daily operation standards

What You Bring

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation

Excellent client relationship skills

Successful customer service skills

Experience in gorcery stores, deli, bakery operations prefer

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
