Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER DEPARTMENT of MCAS BEAUFORT SC. Responsibilities You will perform studies or assist others with dull scale studies. You will perform specialized work involving managerial or administrative work in connection with accounting systems. You will research guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepare summaries for use by managers. You will plan and carry out the assignment in conformance with accepted accounting, budget, or financial practices adhering to instructions, policies, and guidelines. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) formulating budgets and cost estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; 2) evaluating budget requests, control, and reporting of obligations and expenditures; and 3) developing, determining, and interpreting budgetary policies and practices.
