Manufacturing Engineer
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer position for one of our top clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position.

As a Manufacturing Engineer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
Focus on tooling requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, strong problem-solving skills, and a foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes, including tooling design and implementation.
Process Improvement: Develop and improve manufacturing processes for daily production and help with efficiency improvements.
Experience with decommissioning of tooling equipment and commissioning of new tools.
Collaboration: Work with senior engineers and project managers to validate processes and troubleshoot issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures, drawings, and reports.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is typically required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Attention to detail with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, including tooling and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in data analysis and tools.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand technical specifications.
