Our client, retail industry leader, is seeking a Retail Associate - Part Time to join their team. As a Retail Associate - Part Time, you will be part of the customer service department supporting store operations. The ideal candidate will have friendly communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Retail Associate - Part Time

Location: Elkridge, MD

Pay Range: $16.00

Shift: Part-time: 3-4 days per week, including Tuesdays, Fridays, every other Saturday, and possibly Thursdays

What's the Job?

Greet customers warmly and respond to product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and facilitate smooth checkout processes.

Assist with processing incoming shipments and monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.

Maintain store cleanliness and organization to promote a welcoming shopping environment.

What's Needed?

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stocking, inventory, and cashiering tasks.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
