Now Hiring: Roofing Production Supervisor (Entry-Level / Assistant Manager Track)

We are seeking a motivated individual with roofing experience who is ready to grow into a leadership role. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on roofing knowledge and some crew leadership or coordination experience who wants to build a long-term career in production management.

What You'll Do

Assist in planning and coordinating roofing projects

Material fabrication and inventory controls

Support Production Managers in scheduling crews and materials

Help lead and communicate with field crews to ensure quality and safety

Learn to manage job progress, timelines, and customer expectations

Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site professionalism

What We're Looking For

Roofing experience required (shingles, slate, or tile)

Some leadership, foreman, or assistant-level management experience preferred

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)

Good communication skills with both team members and customers

Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs

Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
