Our client, logistics and transportation industry leader, is seeking an Office Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As an Office Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Truck Scheduling and Communication team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Associate - Entry Level

Location: Hardeeville, SC

Pay Range: $21.01

Shift: 6:30 am - 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound trucks daily to ensure smooth operations.

Print and distribute the daily truck schedule to all managers and team members.

Receive, copy, and timestamp all ingate tickets from drivers, maintaining accurate records.

Prepare shipping packets and verify shipment contents at the truck, providing instructions for on-site procedures.

Compile and distribute daily performance reports and manage invoicing processes efficiently.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Basic proficiency with office software and data entry.

Willingness to walk between the office and truck scale area as needed.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
