Job Title: Warehouse Associate - Order Picker/Cherry Picker Operator
The Cherry Picker/Forklift Operator supports warehouse operations by safely receiving, storing, picking, and preparing commercial plumbing components and supplies for shipment to hubs and clients across the West region. This role focuses on operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, and related material handling equipment to accurately move and palletize products in a clean, organized, and highly efficient warehouse environment, with safety and accuracy as top priorities.
Pay and Shift
Starting wage is $19.50 with performance reviews for wage increases, Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming commercial plumbing components and supplies and verify that quantities and item details match documentation.
Use cherry picker, order picker, ManUp, and reach forklift equipment to stock products in designated locations within warehouse aisles.
Pick orders accurately from racking according to pick lists, scanner instructions, or other documentation.
Palletize picked products securely and neatly to ensure safe handling and transport.
Work with a partner to verify completed orders for accuracy before wrapping and labeling for shipment.
Wrap, label, and stage completed pallets in the correct outbound area for shipment to hubs and clients across the West region.
Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines, with safety as the top priority at all times.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities.
Support inventory and fulfillment activities, including basic inventory checks or counts as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to support a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Collaborate with team members and the supervisor to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Essential Skills
Proven experience operating cherry picker, order picker, or ManUp equipment in a warehouse environment.
Hands-on experience operating reach trucks or reach forklifts for stocking and picking in racking systems.
Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks and other common material handling equipment.
Strong focus on safety as the number one priority while operating equipment and performing all tasks.
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
Ability to follow clear, direct work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Capability to palletize, wrap, and label orders correctly for shipment.
Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, and handling materials throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with inventory and fulfillment processes is a plus.
Exposure to other @types of lift equipment beyond reach trucks and cherry pickers is beneficial.
Comfort working with automated material handling equipment (MHE) systems is advantageous.
Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse systems to support ongoing growth and development.

Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, quiet 26-aisle warehouse that uses automated material handling equipment systems. These systems allow equipment to lock into floor guidelines and maneuver safely and efficiently throughout the aisles. You will work as part of a 13-person team with one supervisor, in a no-nonsense environment where duties are clearly defined and the focus is on safe, accurate, and efficient work. The facility features well-organized racking, modern lift equipment, and clear pathways, supporting a professional and safety-conscious warehouse setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
