Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $25.19

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-12:30am

What's the Job?

Perform routine preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery and equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime

Utilize various tools and instruments to conduct maintenance activities efficiently

Record maintenance activities accurately using systems or software tools

Work on equipment such as pumps, motors, conveyors, and compressors, ensuring optimal performance

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine maintenance or related field

Proficiency in electrical systems and mechanical maintenance

Experience with maintenance recording systems or software

Strong knowledge of tools and instruments used in maintenance tasks

Ability to evaluate and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively
