We are searching for the best talent for a Consumer Marketing Analyst based in Jacksonville, Florida.
Purpose: We are seeking a Consumer Marketing Analyst. This role will serve as the central analytics partner across Media, CRM, Website, Rewards/Loyalty, and eCommerce, helping the organization measure what matters, connect marketing activity to business outcomes, and optimize performance over time.
The consumer marketing analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining executive-level dashboards, establishing and governing key performance indicators, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and investment decisions.
This role requires strong analytical rigor, comfort working across multiple data sources and platforms, and the ability to provide thought leadership on how marketing effectiveness should be measured and improved.
You will be responsible for:
Marketing Performance Measurement & Insights
Develop, own, and continuously improve executive dashboards across Media, CRM, Website, Rewards, and eCommerce.
Establish and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) that link marketing activity to business outcomes (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention, efficiency).
Connect leading and proxy metrics (e.g., engagement, CPL, journey completion) to downstream business results.
Ensure data is timely, accurate, and trusted, with clear definitions and consistent reporting standards.
Analytics, Modeling & Optimization
Analyze performance across multiple platforms and datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Build and maintain analytical models (e.g., performance tracking, scenario analysis, forecasting, ROI views) to support decision-making.
Evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels and initiatives, providing fact-based recommendations on where to scale, optimize, or reallocate investment.
Data Integration & Ways of Working
Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources and tools (e.g., media platforms, CRM systems, web analytics, rewards data, spreadsheets).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, CRM, Digital, Rewards, Finance, IT, and agency partners to ensure data alignment and usability.
Identify gaps in data, tools, or processes and help define solutions to improve measurement capability.
Executive Communication & Influence
Present findings and recommendations in a way that informs strategic decisions and drives action.
Be viewed as a thought partner to marketing leaders, not just a data provider.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of progressive data and analytics experience is required.
Strong experience in marketing, performance analytics, or business analytics roles.
Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, models, and analytical frameworks that support executive decision-making.
High proficiency working with large datasets, spreadsheets, and BI tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI; CRM and media platforms a plus).
Experience connecting marketing metrics to business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, growth).
Strong analytical thinking paired with the ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
The role is based in Jacksonville, FL and will require approximately 10-15% domestic travel.
