Job Description: POSITION: Full-Time Biology Faculty (Assistant Professor):Natural Sciences Department; Division of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics; Tenure Track; Haverhill and Lawrence Campus'; 37.5 hours per week; MCCC/MTA Unit Faculty Position SUMMARY:The Natural Sciences Department is seeking a dynamic and engaging educator to teach Anatomy & Physiology I, Anatomy & Physiology II, Physiological Chemistry and additional biology service courses according to experience and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate will be expected to: Teach biology courses at various levels and modalities, with an emphasis on Anatomy & Physiology and Physiological Chemistry. Participate actively in departmental meetings and collaborative activities. Deliver assigned courses on NECC's Haverhill and Lawrence campuses. Attend division meetings and other required gatherings. Contribute to college service and curriculum enhancement, including the development of online and hybrid courses. Serve as an academic advisor to assigned students. Provide student advising and maintain regular office hours. Foster a collegial and professional team environment.
