Job Description:

Job Overview

Supports assembly of various products per established facility processes including set-up, calibration, testing, maintenance, and production operation.

Job Requirements

18 years or older

Temporary role

Implements product manufacturing, assembling and testing utilizing various instruments, in accordance with standard processes.

Collaborate with other first-line technicians to resolve operation difficulties and assign resources.

Adheres to blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure specifications are achieved.

Maintains facility stability in working processes through daily upkeep, calibration, and troubleshooting.

Layout guarding, operate a band saw, hand tools, and measurement tools in a safe manner.

Maintain detailed records of guard installations, modifications, and repairs.

Collaborate with production teams to schedule guarding initiatives and minimize downtime.

Support lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during guarding services.

Ability to work towards completion of projects within defined schedules

Strong interpersonal skills, including the demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment

3D printing skills a plus.

What your background should look like

High school Diploma/GED required.

Experience working in mechanical or manufacturing environment preferred.

Vo-Tech graduates encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $41,200 - $61,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location) Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
