Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in the Aviation Support Department of FLTREADCEN WEST DET. Responsibilities You will analyze supply program effectiveness using performance evaluation tools and metrics. You will resolve complex supply issues with innovative solutions. You will manage aviation depot-level repairable (AVDLR), consumables, personnel, equipment, contracts, and budgets for a major training air station. You will allocate resources, execute budgets, perform cost analyses, and forecast long-term requirements. You will develop and implement supply policies and programs. You will develop national-level standards, lead interagency study groups, and enhance supply system efficiency through technology. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector overseeing the planning, analysis, and implementation of Aviation Supply Logistics Support Services such as inventory accuracy and trends, system audits, annual trainings, annual budgeting; to complete required project availabilities in support of Naval Aviation's training mission and Pacific/Atlantic Fleet preparedness.
