The HR Operations Manager is the strategic and operational HR leader for the manufacturing site, partnering with plant leadership to build organizational capability, strengthen culture, and drive results.
Will lead labor and employee relations, ensures compliance, drives safety and risk reduction, oversees workforce planning, develops leaders, and promotes high standards of performance and accountability.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide insights and recommendations that empower leaders and support strong business decision making.
Serve as the primary advisor for complex labor and employee relations matters, modeling fairness, and integrity.
Build relationships through consistent visibility, clear communication, and reliable follow-up.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
Oversee investigations, corrective action processes, and compliance-driven documentation.
Lead workforce planning aligned to site strategy, anticipating staffing needs and skill gaps.
Oversee recruiting efforts for hourly and salaried positions, ensuring a positive and equitable candidate experience.
Coach supervisors and managers on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, communication, and employee development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required; with preferred emphasis in Human Resources.
5+ years of experience in supporting manufacturing or industrial operations is preferred.
5+ years Supervisory experience required.
SHRM SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development required.
Proven experience coaching leaders, driving workforce strategies, and influencing organizational culture required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and problem-solving skills required.
Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to decisions required.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multishift distribution center environment required.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,200 to $178,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
