Office Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in office support services, is seeking a Office Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a Office Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the administrative support department supporting the office operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Office Associate - Entry Level

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $19

Shift: First

What's the Job?

Perform general office support duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks

Answer incoming telephone calls and operate the main switchboard

Collect information and accurately enter data into computer systems

Maintain office records, customer filings, and reports

Distribute and process all incoming and outgoing mail

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; entry-level position

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to perform data processing and entry tasks efficiently

Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software

Reliable and proactive work ethic
