Our client, an Internet Content & Information company, is looking for a Software Engineer III for their Bellevue, WA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement AI solutions to address specific business needs.

Analyze and optimize existing AI tools for enhanced performance and scalability.

Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI technologies into current systems.

Maintain awareness of current industry trends and advancements, particularly in Agentic Software Development.

Contribute to Horizon Mobile experiences (feature development, bug fixing, iteration).

Validate AI automation pipelines

Test/verify AI-driven automation workflows (quality checks, edge cases, regressions, reliability).

Game engine development/support

Work in or alongside Unity/Unreal (and potentially web game engines) to build/debug mobile game-engine experiences.

Collaborate through the interview + delivery process

Partner with the team across requirements, technical discussions, and execution (hybrid Seattle-based team).

Purpose/Size of this team & where does this position fit within the team:

Focus on Horizon Mobile experiences within client Content organization.

Primary responsibilities include validating AI automation pipelines.

Requires hands-on experience with game engine tooling, specifically Unity/Unreal.

Certain project that team is working on / what products are they supporting

AI automation pipelines - specifically validating them

Game engine-based development/support using Unity or Unreal

Any companies they would like to see on resumes

Requirements:

Previous client : client Reality Labs background preferred

This team's work is focused on Horizon Mobile experiences, including validating AI automation pipelines and working with Unity/Unreal.

Hands-on Unity/Unreal work on Horizon Mobile, plus AI automation pipeline validation (incl. Claude).

No game-engine experience (no Unity/Unreal or similar)

No exposure to AI tooling / automation workflows

Profiles that are very senior leads/architects or true entry-level/no-industry experience may not align).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrated experience in software development utilizing Agentic AI Tools.

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.

Experience with an industry-standard game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Godot).

Strong analytical and sophisticated problem-solving skills.

Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Minimum Years of Experience : 5

Unity/Unreal game engine experience

AI automation pipeline validation/testing (incl. Claude familiarity)

Strong software engineering fundamentals (CS/CE background; C#/JS or similar)

Reality Labs / ex-client experience (or similar AR/VR/mobile product environment)

Multi-language flexibility (C#, JavaScript, and web game engines)

Game industry background (shipped titles or production experience)

Computer Engineering (background)

Electrical Engineering (background)

Horizon Mobile engineering work
