Job Title: Warehouse Mixer Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift
Job Description
This role focuses on assembling water softener units by connecting individual components into a complete, high-quality final product. You will work on a small, laid-back production line team, rotating through different stages of the assembly process throughout the week. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow schematics and written instructions precisely, and the physical capability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Pay is $20-22 an hour
Responsibilities
Assemble water softener parts into complete units, ensuring all components fit correctly and function properly.
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and written instructions, following them with precision during the assembly process.
Rotate through different stages of the assembly line, performing a variety of tasks each day to build the final product.
Inspect parts and assembled units for accuracy, quality, and completeness before moving them to the next stage.
Handle materials safely and efficiently, including moving parts and finished units as required.
Use basic math and measurement skills to verify correct component sizes and placements.
Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads to adjust work as needed.
Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds when required as part of the assembly process.
Support inventory, shipping, and general warehouse tasks as needed to keep production flowing smoothly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with facility guidelines.
Work collaboratively with a small team of 5-7 people on the line, contributing to a positive and cooperative environment.
Operate or assist with forklift activities after obtaining the required certification, if needed for the role.
Adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of required personal protective equipment.
Essential Skills

Willingness and ability to obtain a forklift certification within 60 days of hire.

Reliability in attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in general labor, material handling, or warehouse environments.
Experience with forklift operation, inventory, shipping, or receiving tasks.
Comfort working in a production or assembly line setting.
Ability to stay organized and focused while rotating between different assembly tasks.
Strong communication skills to work effectively within a small team.

Work Environment
The role is based in an organized, smaller warehouse and assembly facility with a comfortable, non-climate-controlled environment that does not become excessively warm. You may choose to wear comfortable clothing, including shorts, and steel-toe footwear is not required. Required personal protective equipment is minimal, limited primarily to safety glasses. The team consists of a small crew of approximately 5-7 people working together on the line. Available shifts include a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and a 2nd shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Work involves general labor, material handling, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds as part of the assembly and warehouse operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
