[Name of the Manufacturing Company] is seeking a CNC Machinist / Grinder to program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce products to customer specifications. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience in vertical/horizontal mills, grinding, and lathe, as well as programming experience in CAM. You should also have strong shop math skills, be able to work to metric dimensions, and have experience with Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years CNC Programming experience Vertical/Horizontal Mills or ID/OD Grinders

Minimum 5 years lathe experience; some CNC experience

Minimum 5 years' experience programming in CAM

Able to setup and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines

Able to use standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, comparators

Strong Shop math skills

Able to work to metric dimensions

Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems.
