Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a client supporting the Missile Defense Agency.

Job Responsibilities:

Onboard new hires, assign seating, facilitate transfers of support and coordinate departures.

Enter and update information in databases and maintain accurate records (Email distros, Security Groups, SharePoint Access)

Take charge on team awards, track and document ensuring accurate records for recognition programs and reporting purposes.

Independently assist the Directors/leadership in preparing agendas, presentations, correspondence, taking notes of meetings, and tracking items to support decision making and execution

Schedule and manage calendars, coordinate high level meetings for leadership as needed.

Maintain continuous internal communications among the admin team regarding assistance and coverage needs, and other need-to-know information.

Support various departments by coordinating tasks, relaying messages, and facilitating communication between teams

Provide general administrative support to the executive assistants as needed

This position will be onsite in Colorado Springs, CO or Huntsville, AL and will pay between $26-$35/hr depending on years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience

o May be reduced with completion of advanced education

Must have 2, or more, years of directly related administrative experience

Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
