Posting Summary

Manage the day to day operation of application processing, data management, mail and letter generation process, and phone and email communication within the framework of the university's enrollment targets and consistent with the mission and the annual objectives of the admissions office. Hire, train and supervise staff. Oversee document and application processing. Monitor workflow through data, reports and processing goals. Oversee data interfaces, data integrity and admissions office technology tools. Manage a recruitment territory. Review applications and make admissions decisions. Serve as a college/school liaison. Serve on the admissions leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor's degree and five to six years' related experience required. Supervisory experience required. Effective communication skills. Demonstrated technology and systems management competency required. Ability to travel outside Vermont required. Commitment to diversity and multicultural competence required.

Desirable Qualifications

Anticipated Pay Range $65,000 to $75,000

Other Information

Title will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Special Conditions Weekend work required, Non-standard work hours required, A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
