Job Summary

This role requires direct client interaction, with a focus on analyzing business performance and designing tailored programs to address each client's unique needs. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver exceptional service, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive high customer satisfaction-ultimately contributing to contract renewals, expansions, and sustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare business reviews Improve profitability Provide recommendations for program enhancements to optimize effectiveness and improve customer value Quickly resolve day-to-day service issues to ensure seamless client operations and satisfaction Assists in operational set-up of new business Build and sustain relationships with clients Conducts financial analysis

Qualifications

3+ years in account management experience Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present sophisticated business reviews to clients Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service orientation Proven long-term relationship building experience Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
