Now Hiring: Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Office Assistant . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and administrative support, with opportunities for long-term stability and growth.

Responsibilities include:

Medical record acquisition

Calling medical facilities and patients

Covering both front and back-office duties

Assisting with daily office operations as needed

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday

8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Compensation:

Based on Experience

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a medical office environment

Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Prior medical office experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
